Kevin Smithers

I am an multi-instrumentalist composer, arranger and songwriter of a range of different musical styles. Born in Mexico City, I then relocated to London, UK to study at the London Centre of (...) Contemporary Music where I received a degree in Performance and Production, focusing my last year in the modules of Musical Directing/Arranging and Audio Visual Synchronization. I then relocated to Valencia, Spain and received a Masters Degree in Scoring for Film, TV and Video Games at Berklee College of Music's campus in Valencia, Spain, graduating Summa Cum Laude. I now reside in Los Angeles, California where I continue to develop my own voice in the world of film, TV and video game music. I've been invited to prestigious programs like the Sundance Music in Animation Intensive, SESAC Scores Workshop & BMI's Conducting Workshop. My work has been featured on networks such as HBO, Netflix, Comedy Central, MTV, Bravo, Discovery and CNN, among others.
