Amani Papy Ndikumana is one of Burundi's most active and passionate video producers. His studio, Papy Jamaica Video Productions, employs eight full-time editors and videographers and makes video clips, weddings, commercials and documentaries to promote his country of origin. He studied film in Kenya, France, Germany and South Africa, and has worked extensively with UN agencies for the production of video documentaries. In 2009, he was invited to the Berlinale Film Festival 59th edition to renew his knowledge and expand his work network and in 2010 he was selected as a member of the Berlinale Talent Campus for a residency training and exchange of experience with filmmakers of the whole world. In 2017, Papy became a member of the Berlinale Africa Hub in partnership with European Film Market. Grandpa is experienced to make protagonist speakers in the documentary film to express themselves freely in the confidentiality. In addition, He has demonstrated experience in the training of the techniques of crafts of the 7th Art. So far, Papy has enjoyed working on institutional and creative documentaries, contributing to Educate Inspire and create and reunified people for entertainment.
