I am a filmmaker fascinated by the absurdities and complexities of everyday life and the nuances of human power dynamics. My debut feature, LETZTER ABEND, premiered in Rotterdam's Tiger Competition and won Locarno's First Look Award. My directing style is influenced by my my love for acting. I draw inspiration from filmmakers such as Maren Ade, John Cassavetes, Mike Leigh, Hong Sang-soo and Woody Allen. Some of my favorite films in recent years include Rodrigo Moreno’s Los Delincuentes and Juho Kuosmanen’s Compartment No. 6.
