One of his recent works, the feature film “Bittersweet Rain”, was awarded Best Film Editing at the Mar del Plata Film Festival and the Málaga Film Festival and is available on Netflix. Born in 1990 in a municipality in the interior of São Paulo that bears the tupi-guarani name Mojimirim although no member of the original communities survived. His works stand out for addressing issues related to human rights, racial justice, climate change, gender equality, youth, sexuality, history, and decoloniality. Gratuated in Communication (FAAP – São Paulo), with a specialization in Film Editing (EICTV – Cuba), and a Master’s degree in Montage (Filmuniversität Babelsberg – Germany).
