“You must be the change you want to see in the world” said Gandhi. Although his belief is my own personal credo, I also feel that it should only apply when you deeply want to discover a more constructive inner and outer world. I always was curious to filter reality through writing and this is how my inner change began. As a child, when I had an idea, I used to write, no matter where: on handkerchiefs, on my own hands, on toilet paper, on walls, on wardrobes, on cloths or even on bathroom grindstone. This is how my childhood countryside yard became a museum of thoughts. Meanwhile, I learned that it is always good to have a pen and a piece of paper with me. As I always joked with my friends- I have to be ready in case Stanley Kubrick calls! Later on, I have discovered that writing is not a value in itself, unless it becomes a manifesto for constructive and creative thinking. In fact, not only writing, but any mean of expanded expression can become a statement about who we are, what we dream of and what we aim to become. As a cinematic storyteller, I tend to envisage the world as a neo-creative playground where "the best way to predict the future is to create it".
