Against a backdrop of medical imagery and transformed plastic materials, "Substraction" unfolds a hybrid inner landscape where a body lives with recycled matter. The film moves through the layers of an invented interior, between scientific laparoscopic imagery (1972) and artisanal 16 mm film surfaces created in 2025 from the recycling of plastic bottles, as so many organic territories in mutation.
