The long-version TV adaptation of Manos de Padre premiered at the 2018 Miami Film Festival and was screened at the Santiago International Film Festival (SANFIC), the Málaga Film Festival, the Biarritz Latin American Film Festival, the São Paulo Latin American Film Festival, the New York Latino Film Festival, the World Cinema Amsterdam, the MiradasDoc Film Festival, and the Havana Film Festival. The film received the Best Documentary award at Rencontres de Cinémas Martinique and was also honored at Muestra Joven ICAIC, including the Best Documentary and Best Production awards.
