Nora Bess is a creative marketer, audience designer, and current German Chancellor Fellow whose research examines the social, economic, and political considerations affecting the accessibility of TV and film for audiences. As part of her fellowship, she has a residency at Arsenal – Institut für Film und Videokunst in Berlin, where she will execute a marketing campaign for their streaming platform, Arsenal 3, that employs tactics across creative, social media, editorial and community outreach to promote access to their archival materials. Previously, Nora worked for Warner Bros. Discovery as a Creative Marketing Manager for HBO and Max Originals. In her role, she led the creative strategy, development, and execution of HBO and Max Original consumer marketing campaigns across key art, A/V, digital, and social from inception to delivery. Her campaigns included House of the Dragon, And Just Like That, Hacks, Insecure, and My Brilliant Friend. Prior to joining HBO, Nora completed the Page Program at NBCUniversal and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin.
