Radovan graduated from The Faculty of Humanities, The Faculty of Arts at Charles University, and from FAMU. In 2009, he co-founded the company PINK. In 2014, he was selected as an Emerging Producer at Jihlava IDFF, in 2018 he was Czech Producer on the Move in Cannes, and in 2019 he attended the Berlinale Talents programme. He is the alumni of international Dok.Incubator workshop (BLIX NOT BOMBS, 2023) and the prestigous EAVE program for producers (2024) and regular attendee in international workshops, forums and programmes, where he pitches, presents, cultivates and moves forward the projects and the PINK company.
