Elie is a writer - director and cinematographer with more than 15 years of experience in Tv commercials, corporate films and Cinema. He went to film school in Lebanon (IESAV) and Belgium (INSAS). (...) (INSAS). He directed his debut short film in 2010 "2 1/2" that won the FIPRESCI at the Dubai Film Festival, and followed with two short films "Ice" (2013) and "Revoltango" (2014). In parallel , Elie continued to nurture his craft in Tv commercials while constantly challenging himself with different techniques and shooting styles. In 2018, Elie wrote and directed "Anti- Personnel" a theatrical play that toured several cities and participated in JTC-Journées Théatrales de Carthage in Tunisia. His Debut feature documentary " Beirut Terminus" won the best non fiction film award at the Cairo International Film Festival in 2019. On the other hand, Elie Collaborates with other filmmakers on their projects from script to screen , creates, writes and develops Tv- series ( limited and seasonal).
