Born in Lugo, Javier specialized in screenwriting before studying fiction directing at EICTV (Cuba). Upon returning to Spain, he began developing projects through his production company, Amor y Lujo, with support from institutions such as ICAA, ICEC, and Ibermedia. He recently wrote the script for "Vestidas de Azul" and has just released "Mariliendre", his first series as both creator and director, produced by SUMA CONTENT, the production company of Javier Ambrossi and Javier Calvo. "Mariliendre" holds the distinction of being the first series to close the Official Selection of the Malaga Film Festival and was also selected by the prestigious French festival Séries Mania. Beyond his work in television, Javier is currently developing his feature-length debut, "Fame e febre" ("A burning hunger"), which has received support from AGADIC and ICEC.
