Gustavo Rondon Cordova
Born in Caracas, Venezuela. He holds a Communications degree from the Central University of Venezuela (UCV), as well as a Directing Film Degree at the Film and Television School from the Academy of (...) Interpretative Arts in Prague (FAMU), Czech Republic and a Script Writing Master Degree at Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, Spain. LA FAMILIA is his feature film debut, which has its world premiere in Cannes Critic´s Week 2017 in Official Competition and has been selected in more than sixty-five film festivals around the world including Karlovy Vary, San Sebastian, Chicago, Mar del Plata, Cairo, Chicago, winning awards as Best Film in Biarritz, Miami, Lima and more. His most recent short film, NOSTALGIA, was at Berlinale Short Film Official Competition 2012, and it was acquired and exhibited by Arte. He is developing his second feature film, THE TIME WE LOST, and two fiction series for Latam and US markets.
