- Quebec, 1960s. Agathe (Thalie Rhainds), an asthmatic child, lives with her mother Thérèse (Larissa Corriveau), a melancholic artist. The whistle of a train passing behind their house fuels Agathe’s fantasy of a parallel world where travellers from a dystopian future voyage outside the laws of time. As a teenager, Agathe (Electra Codina Morelli) meets Frank (Lennikim), a young writer who will help her cross the boundary between present and future.
