- In a remote Rhodope mountain village, PTSD-ridden ex-army sniper Yussein (45) is on the verge of suicide, when outgoing local forest ranger Rangel (67) offers him to join the forest guard. Yussein accepts his new assignment as a sacred duty, which soon gets him into an open conflict with the all-powerful logging mafia and its lackey, the newly elected village mayor.
