- The film tells a story of two different explosions connected through the Semtex explosive, which was the means through which Czechoslovakia was involved in global terrorism during the Cold War: first explosion is the bomb attack on Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie in 1988 and the second is the suicide bombing made by the Czechoslovak self-proclaimed inventor of the Semtex in the spa hotel in 1997.
