- After 10 years of living abroad, Malu (35 years old) returnes to Recife to accompany her terminally ill grandmother. After her death, she reveals to her family that she was not just passing by: she had been divorced for a few months. Oscillating between the need to cling to her roots and the desire to get rid of this context of suffering and loss, she takes her grandmother's place on an excursion for the elderly. During the journey, between moments of loneliness and unusual encounters, she seems to find meaning and peace to return.
