Insurgence was presented at Festival du Nouveau Cinéma in October 2012.
The film was then shown in Paris, Brussels, Zürich, Rotterdam, Barcelona and New York.

By choice, the presentation of this movie was made independently, in unusual places, with a specific high-quality projection to rejoined students and militants people from around the world to live the experience of the student strike of 2012 in Québec.
