Katharina Domnick
Katharina Domnick, LL.M. is a lawyer at Brehm & v. Moers in Berlin. She advises national and international clients in the film and TV industry on copyright, entertainment and media law. She is head of studies and teaches in the MBA/LLM programme “European Film Business and Law” at the Film University Babelsberg/ University of Potsdam, and regularly holds workshops on film production-related topics. She studied law at the Humboldt University of Berlin and Columbia Law School in New York City.
Jessica Loew
Jessica Loew LL.M. is a lawyer at Noerr Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB in Berlin. Specialising in intellectual property and entertainment law, she advises national and international clients in the film, entertainment and digital media industries. She has been a lecturer in intellectual property law at the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder) and regularly advises and lectures on rights clearance issues for the film industry.
