Jenna Bass

Jenna Bass is a South African writer, filmmaker and former magician. Her award-winning films include LOVE THE ONE YOU LOVE (2014) and HIGH FANTASY (2017), shot entirely on mobile phones. They have screened around the world, including at Sundance, Berlinale, Toronto, Busan and the Durban International Film Festival, where she has been heralded as ushering in a new wave of South African cinema. Her third feature, FLATLAND, a feminist Western, goes into production in mid-2018.
