Nia Hughes

Nia Hughes (they/she) is a below the line Agent working at the leading UK independent agency, Sara Putt Associates. They currently represent various HOD’s inc. Intimacy Coordinators, 1st AD’s, Costume Designers and Editors. Having previously represented Bectu freelance workers in London, they bring a wealth of knowledge, understanding and expertise in negotiations, talent development and supporting clients on their individual journeys within the Film and TV industry. With a background in fine arts, and a strong queer identity, Nia focuses on nurturing a diverse portfolio of clients as well as emerging grades.
