Zetha Asafu-Adjaye

Zetha Asafu-Adjaye (she/her) is the founder of Berlin-based agency ZTA Management, representing actors, directors, and screenwriters. Her work combines talent management, PR, and structural advocacy. A member of the European Film Academy, she hosts the podcast From Z to A and regularly speaks on access and representation. In 2026, she serves as a jury member for the inaugural South African Directors Guild Awards.
