Batila Ange da Costa

Batila is a Berlin-based singer-songwriter and producer with Congolese-Angolan roots. His style, Bantu Soul, blends African rhythms with soul, reggae, jazz, and electronic influences. After years of international collaborations, he released the acclaimed debut album Tatamana in 2021 and performs worldwide with his band The Dreambus. His lyrics explore identity, community, spirituality, migration, and contemporary urban life. An upcoming EP, Light, is set for release in February 2026.
