Dr. Verena Metze-Mangold

Vice President of the German Commission for UNESCO and former Director of the Department of HR coordination in the General Directorate of Hessischer Rundfunk. She also was a representative of the German government at the advisory conference on the South African constitution and at the Stability Pact Conference on media development in East and Southeast Europe. She lectured at the Universities of Frankfurt, Leipzig, Hannover, Maastricht and Utrecht and is author and editor of several books on international media development.
