Lenka Tyrpakova

Lenka Tyrpáková is a Czech film programmer, curator, and consultant, currently serving also as Artistic Director of the Finále Festival in Pilsen, the country’s largest showcase of domestic cinema. She has extensive experience working with international film festivals and industry platforms (having programmed for Karlovy Vary IFF and currently collaborating with Pragueshorts, Riga IFF, and Cottbus IFF etc.), with a long-term focus on Central and Eastern European cinema. In her curatorial work, she actively addresses gender imbalance by highlighting female filmmakers and fostering discussions on representation as a way to contribute to lasting change in the film industry.
