Born in Casablanca, Walid Messnaoui is a young Moroccan director and editor. He graduated from ESAVM film school in Marrakech - directing -, he begins as an assistant director for television before radically turning away from production. After a Master degree in Editing, he’s now making his way to directing through the dark room of the editor. He directed 5 short movies (3 fictions and 2 documentary).
