Synopsis
When Dawn enters a safe house after escaping sex-trafficking, she struggles with her addiction and reassimilation. Desperate, she approaches her estranged sister Emily who takes her in while she gets on her feet. Once arrived, Emily’s young daughter, Sophie, takes a liking to Dawn, not knowing she’s related. However, as Dawn starts healing through these women, her father Jake shows up; released for assault. Dawn struggles to accept that Jake has changed. Is Dawn willing to confront and risk breaking the family unit?
