A follow-up to the Talents Tanks, the Talents Circles, hosted by Institut français and ARTE, seek to connect our wonderful filmmakers with leading figures and funding institutions in the industry. Stretched across two days, the Circles unspool as a series of small discussion groups, each led by experts, selected together with our partners. Talents pick the circle they want to attend, and rotate to another group every 13 minutes, for a total of four circles.
