Enrico Vannucci mainly works as a short film advisor for the Venice Film Festival and as a short film programmer for the Torino Short Film Market. He has worked on film festival programming teams since 2010. In recent years, he has written essays on the short and feature film festival ecosystem and has covered major film festivals as a journalist since 2009. In August 2018, he co-founded Varicoloured, a holistic film agency, together with Carla Vulpiani.
Jukka-Pekka Laakso is the festival director of the Tampere Film Festival. He also acts as the executive director for Pirkanmaa Film Centre, a non-profit organisation that runs an arthouse cinema, distributes films in Finland and works in media education. On top of that he was a member of the Finnish National Council for Cinema.
Julie Rousson holds a master’s in Cultural Project Production. In 2015, she permanently joined Sauve Qui Peut le Court Métrage, the association behind the Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival, after freelancing for the Short Film Market. She looks after industry meetings, manages the Shortfilmdepot submission platform and coordinates the European short film co-production forum Euro Connection. She is also a member of the international selection committee.
Sarah Schlüssel has been the programme coordinator of Berlinale Shorts, the short film section of the Berlin International Film Festival, since 2014. She was the programme manager and festival coordinator of Palestine Cinema Days in Ramallah in 2017 and 2018. She holds an MA in Cultural Studies from Goldsmiths College, University of London, and a BA in Latin American Studies from the University of Cologne.
